Everyone tells their own story. Sometimes it is a joyous reunion of friends
and relatives that are not seen at any other time. In other cases, you remember why you have NOT
seen them for a year! Whichever category
you may fit into, now that the holiday season is over, how did everyone get
along?
The point is this…relatives who see your kids once in a
“Blue Moon” may rightly or wrongly point out behavioral traits that you have
been conveniently ignoring. One of the
hardest things to do is admit that your child (children) may need
counseling. I understand this can cast a
shadow on your feelings as a proper parent.
