Mood Disorders.

Keeping Kids on Track this Summer.

Summertime can become a breeding ground for bad behavior. Your children do not have the same supervision they had during the past 8-9 months. New York/New Jersey child psychologist, Dr. Steven Sussman, has some tips for parents this summer. Here are a few -

1. Stay on schedule. Keep a schedule that your kids will adhere to.

2. Make plans. Don’t just abandon your progeny because it is summer vacation.

3. Enjoy the outdoors with those plans.

4. Mimic your home routines…even when traveling.

5. Create a behavioral system.
